Hank Pruitt formed Pruitt Realty in January 1996, after three (3) years as Senior Vice President of Wilcox Realty Group, a division of Hunt Oil Company, and fourteen (14) years as managing partner in San Antonio and Houston with the Vantage Companies. Mr. Pruitt was responsible for all acquisitions, development, marketing, brokerage, and management activities for both Wilcox Realty Group and Vantage Companies in San Antonio.

Mr. Pruitt’s development projects in San Antonio have totaled more than $200 million, including high and mid-rise office buildings, service, technology, and distribution centers. Brokerage sales and lease transactions have exceeded $300 million since the formation of Pruitt Realty in 1996. Some of his San Antonio development projects include:

Mr. Pruitt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from The University of Houston at Clear Lake while employed by the Vantage Companies. He is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute, two internationally recognized real estate networks. He holds both office and industrial designations in SIOR and is one of only seven dual designees in Texas. He was previously a member of the board of directors of the local chapter of the CCIM Institute.

Claudia Pruitt earned a Bachelor of Science in Education degree with bilingual certification from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from The University of Houston. In Houston she was a marketing representative for Burroughs Corporation and the Group Artec Office Furniture division of Kimball International. She was also a commercial real estate banking officer for InterFirst Bank in San Antonio. Ms. Pruitt has held a Texas Real Estate Salesman’s License since 1981.
